We are working very closely with a forward thinking, at the top of their game direct mail manufacturer specialising in the production of highly personalised print and mail. As a result of some exciting new business wins and an aggressive growth strategy for 2008/9 they are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the already successful client services team.

The company is at the cutting edge of personalised direct mail having invested in state of the art machinery. The in-house, state of the art capabilities and technology are currently unmatched anywhere in the UK. Your role will be to manage the customer requirements, acting as the main point of contact.

You will be responsible for account growth and development, providing support, understanding client's requirements and liaising with the relevant departments. To be successful you must have the ability to demonstrate customer led thinking, have good commercial awareness in Direct Mail or Digital Print. You must have excellent organisational, problem solving and time management skills.
